These are all new in sealed packages. Some are regular and some are premium style bags. Here's a list of the premium bags 12-8" bags,2-16" bags,1-18" bag and 16 12" bags. Here's a list of the regular bags 20-16" bags ,12-10" bags,2-14" bags,2-9" bags,1-12" bag,2-18" bags and 1 8" bag. All bags are made by Wilton.
