"Tamala" is the delightful souvenir doll from the Maggie Iacono 2015 Longwood Gardens Luncheon "Take A Seat". Maggie Iacono creates the only collectible, pressed wool felt doll that is completely poseable using her own unique ball jointing system. Tamala is 10-1/2" tall with hand-painted features, golden shoulder-length mohair set in multiple curls. Her navy blue felted dress is set off with pink felt roses and white dots of felt all around the full skirt and a large white felt collar. The dress opens at the back with snaps. A white lace-trimmed slip is attached to the dress. White knee-high socks and black felt shoes with leather bottoms complete her ensemble.
I never seen this doll available on Ebay.
I attended the Maggie Iacono 2015 at Longwood Gardens and Tamala was the souvenir doll.
