The brake is brand new and has never been mounted on a bicycle. It is part of a bulk order (OEM) from Shimano so there is no retail box. This is first run product (not a factory second).
The brake lever and brake caliper are not connected. You will need to do a complete brake bleed to install the brake.

BL-M8000 clamp-on brake lever - not compatible with Shimano I-Spec
BR-M8000 2 piston caliper
Brake pads - resin with Ice Tech cooling fins
Brake hose / lever end cover
2 brake caliper bolts
Orange brake caliper spacer
